Responsibilities :

• Develop and propose sales and marketing strategies to achieve the sales target, margin and net profit.

• Ensure the proposed sales and marketing strategies are successfully executed.

• Oversee annual sales budgets, margin and net profit according to the company’s targets.

• Provide annual sales forecast for the factory to prepare the investment and manpower.

• Establish Sales and marketing KPI’s to ensure business outcomes and team alignment.

• Lead and develop sales and marketing team

• Oversee cross functional projects especially new product development for sustainable growth.

• Explore new commercial opportunities

Qualifications :

•  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, MBA and other relevant fields
• At least 5 years’ experience in managing overall sales and marketing of OEM industry
• Experiences in working for companies producing cosmetics, health care, personal care, or beauty products are required.
• Experiences in new product development process
