Responsibilities :

  • The overall objective is to meet Business Objectives and Individual Objectives
  • Develop DEOH products by identifying potential products and channel (Ethical and OTC) and CLC.  Prepare and develop marketing objectives, marketing plan including strategies, advertising, price, promotion, competitive tactics and selling message to increase market share and profits.
  • Work with Sales Team and Cross Functional Team to ensure the good execution aligns with marketing strategy.
  • Analyzes and defines customers / channel, market requirements and trends. Be knowledgeable and up-to-date on market information, competition, selling skill, and other information required to achieve the Company's objectives.
  • Prepare and develop marketing strategy, marketing mix, marketing campaign (including DTC) and competitor information intelligence that will help sales team to achieve their sales target
  • Develop and implement marketing plan to obtain product market share and profit. Conducts annual pricing review and discounts proposal.
  • Develop brand communication and implement the campaign to educate customer or consumer to build the brand awareness.  Conducts monthly reviews of all campaigns.
  • Develop promotional material or POSM and train to sales team to implement effectively
  • Monitor inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting demand forecast on monthly basis
  • Manage promotional budget to ensure the effective investing for responsible product
  • Develops and maintains the contact with customers and KOL, Sales force and channels for understanding their needs.
  • Work closely with Sales Manager, Business unit to build implementation plan for the product aimed at maximizing customer value and product penetration including social media program.
  • Provides information for management by preparing product sales forecasts, reports and analyses, answering questions and requests. Submits monthly reports using the approved decks (business review and A&P monitoring)

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical or related
  • 5 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
  • 2 years’ experience in product manager or FMCG / consumer business in Pharmaceutical Company
  • Fluent spoken and written English and computer literacy
  • Proven track record as analytical mind and communication skills
  • Good marketing analysis, business planning, marketing concept and strategic thinking
