Senior Brand Manager

A Leading International Consumer Goods Company
Report to
Marketing Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Identify the right strategy for the brand
  • How to motivate and negotiate internal and external team to work as planned to achieve brand’s target
  • Time management and how to prioritize multitasks
  • Ensure all marketing activities are implemented as planned with time constraint for field visit
  • Data and information analyzing, how to compile bits and pieces of information into a comprehensive action plan to drive the brand
  • Anticipate competitors’ activities such as NPD, brand strategy, advertising promotion campaign
  • Gathering market intelligence
  • Developing brand strategy
  • Developing and implementing marketing plan, advertising and promotional plan based on the agreed budget
  • Initiate and coordinating new product development
  • Coordinate with both internal and external parties in all matters that concern brand management to drive brand performance.
  • products or launch plan or company such as crisis, FDA’s consideration, or any changes that may affect to company
  • Support to Supply chain and Shipping agencies, QFS , R&I and Financial & Accounting regarding the registered documents or food regulatory issue for their further process

Qualifications : 

  • Master degree in Business Administration. Marketing major is preferable
  • At least 5 years product management experience from FMCG companies
  • Self-starter with good strategic thinking and analytical skills, creative and initiative, strong leadership skills and ability to work with people of different mindsets, resilient and able to perform well under pressures, decisive
  • Fluent in English communication
  • Strong in Presentation skill and Analytical skill
