Responsibilities:

  • Basic Requirement
    • Key account management
    • Communication management with customers and among entities.
    • Sales opportunity development and support during project handover
    • Sales opportunity data input on CRM database
    • Sales budget planning and achievement for responsible account
    • Invoice and payment balance management
    • Customer relationship development
  • RFQ Management
    • Sales lead from RFQ receipt until PO receipt
    • Commercial and technical requirement clarification
    • Commercial strategy and offer planning
    • Project milestone and schedule planning with project team
    • Technical proposal review and clarification with technical team
    • Project risk analysis and countermeasure planning
    • Market Intelligence
    • Sales price planning
  • Sales Interface to Project management
    • To prepare / support Internal and external project kick off meeting
    • To monitor & support project progress management in general
  • Customer Satisfaction Management
  • Clarification lead for problem and issues reported from customers
  • Overall coordination for internal communication / team effort to ensure solution which meet customer’s expectation
  • Take lead in mediation / conflict management with customer
  • Ensure formulation of strategic and financial business plans covering sales, costs, capital expenditure and usage of resources for the Sales.
  • To assist Sales Director in developing and implement long term OEM Business Strategic Plan.
  • Develop and maintain Business Relationship with Key Customers in Thailand.
  • Responsible to achieve sales budget including Incoming orders, Gross Margin, Product launches.
  • Participate in regular Sales and Division meetings for updating of market information, review of goals & achievement, strategies etc.
  • Support colleagues and employees from your area of responsibility. Provide training and induction and proper planning and supervision of target achievement.

Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skill.
  • Proactive attitude towards understanding of business model and painting processes.
  • Ability to generate sales & marketing plan, budget plan, sales forecast etc.
  • Strong command of English language both written and spoken. (3rd language i.e. Japanese, German, etc. will be advantage)
  • Preferably, to possess 3-5 years of sales experience in automotive painting.
  • Must be of critical & strategic thinking.
  • Strong problem solving skill.
  • Computer Literacy in MS Office and preferably Visio / AutoCad program

Travel Requirements

  • Be able to travel to SEA 4 entities (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam).
  • Occasional business trip to other continents on yearly basis.
