Report to
Head of Human Resources Management

Responsiblity :

  • To perform activities for HRM regarding recruitment & selection process to ensure sufficiency of human resources in alignment with people strategy and business plan.
  • Develop & perform recruitment action plan, responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities (from getting job assignment until candidate's onboarding).
  • Coordinate with employees to create understanding on recruitment plan & process
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smoothness of workflows.
  • Ensure quality of employee information in HR systems, to be accurate and complete in a timely manner.
  • Provide support & guidance on new-hire onboarding, to ensure that new staff receives the appropriate working tools & equipment’s to perform their tasks.
  • Address & evaluate issues regarding recruitment, action plan and process as well as provide inputs for improvement.
  • Continuously update oneself with changes in HR trends & tools, industry movements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • At least 10-15 years direct experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition, either from corporates or recruitment/headhunter agencies.
  • Familiar & strong background knowledge in recruitment & selection tools & techniques.
  • Very good communication skill, team-work, and ability to execute jobs within SLA.
  • Good command of English
