An International Healthcare Company
Responsibilities:
The Commercial Manager is responsible for turnover and revenue growth in the designated areas through implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Assist Regional Commercial Director in managing key Distributor Markets territories in Vietnam.
- Ensure achievement of Yearly Financial Budget and Operational Objectives
- Continuously working to strategically expand territories, to recognize and maximize business opportunities
- Preserve or improve the company’s procedures, standards or policies while adhering to business ethics and regulatory guidelines.
- Handle corporate relationships and key accounts
- Offering direction and instruction to Business Partners, ensuring excellent execution of business plan
- Use market analysis tool and Risk Management Skills to determine how best to sell a company’s product or service in new markets and in markets where the Company already has an established customer base
- Manage marketing and promotional activities, including KOL management
- Any other ad-hoc activities
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration / Marketing
- Commercial and marketing background;
- Minimum 5 years of direct people management responsibilities
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Business
