Responsibilities :

Developing the sales organization & business strategy

  •  Develop annual plan, annual budget and business strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives.
  •  Identifies growth and development opportunities and potential business threats and proposes appropriate action, to make sure that can lead the team to attack in the market.
  •  Provide accurate sales forecasting, to make sure that the target or budget is followed.

Realizing business objective by managing sales activities

  •  Manages and leads the sales department to achieve the targets set to ensure sales targets are achieved at individual and team level.
  •  Organizes the team, attracts and retains the right people to make sure that the team is the proper and able to develop to the professional sales force.
  •  Organizes the necessary resources for the team (required tooling, training, etc.) to make sure that team can be developed to the professional sale force.
  •  Routine organizes department meetings to review sales activities and develop action plans also organizes interfacing with other department e.g. service, to make sure that the planning for sales activities or related are good following.
  •  Ensures that all established sales and company procedures are understood and carried out by sales personnel.
  •  Ensures that sales personnel focus on Salesforce thus guaranteeing maximum database quality and maximum as a sales tool.
  •  Provides support to sales personnel with (complex) sales cycles, to make sure that the sales cycle is managing well in the right direction.
  •  Appeases dissatisfied customers, together with team members and related team, with prompt resolution of any product or service problem that may occur to make sure that customer problems and dissatisfied are solved and still maintain to customer, And conduct occasional follow-up calls with team members to ensure customer satisfaction,

Monitoring and Improvement of Sales performance

  •  Conducts regular field visit to support sales personal and build customer relationship and look for business opportunities.
  •  Monitors the sales performance, review and analysis, reviews and analyses sales key-figures, to further plan to make sure that team can achieve the target.
  • Uses available information in systematic way in order to manage the sales activities and analyses sales key-figures in order to instigate improvement-actions (e.g. regarding to sales, tools, training etc.)
  •  Takes corrective actions for any performance below performance standards, to bring up to standard levels.
  •  Reports sales results on a monthly basis to higher management, to update the sales progress and any results,
  •  Optimizes processes and looks continuously for new business opportunities and uses personal expertise to develop new business opportunities with the team to make sure that team can future develop this opportunities to achieve the target.

People Management

  •  Manages quality and quantity of employees within the sales department and takes care of adequate intake/development/exit, to make sure that team is proper and can be further development.
  •  Creates, initiates and facilitates an optimal business and team climate, to make sure that team has the good environment which is one factor to encourage to the market.
  •  Coaching people to manage their own activities (independent work behavior) to achieve their targets.
  •  Conducts annual Performance Appraisal, set goals and takes corrective action (e.g. performance improvement plan) and conduct annual development interviews, supports people in determining and executing their Personal Development Plans to ensure quality/ skills of sales personal.


  •  Support local customer and partner/dealer and activities in a pro-active manner regarding to all issues mentioned above.
  •  Other jobs related/activities delegated by the Manage or superior.
  •  Follow the workflow process that related with the information security, strictly.
  •  Attends department/ division meetings and participates actively.
  •  Ensure that the software roadmap is best fit and ready to propose in the market
  •  Find out the partner to provide the proper software solution to complete in the PPP software roadmap.

1. At least 5 years of working experience indirect sales or related field.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in management team.
3. Experience in highly motivation team management.
4. Experience in multi-national/cross culture working environment.
5. Experience in team work and pressure environment.
6. Strong Leadership.
7. Experience in project or printing business would be an advantage .

1. At least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Master degree would be an advantage.
