Responsibilities :

Sustainable Development Program

•  Lead Company Sustainable Development Steering Committee to drive sustainable development of the Group
•  Manage sustainability team to develop and implement sustainability strategies, initiatives and partnerships, internally and externally within Company Sustainable Development framework and ensure the goals are achieved as plan
•  Build a network of relevant stakeholders and partners who have aligned SDG and seek opportunities to collaborate and create cooperation programs according to our sustainable development goals (SDGs).
•  Create program or activities to enhance understanding of sustainable development among company leadership and employees
•  Provide guidance or advise on sustainability to internal departments and leadership team
• Foster positive relationships with leadership team, business and function heads to ensure sustainability is embedded within all aspects of the business
•  Develop and implement systems to measure the progress of sustainability initiatives
•  Collaborate with Corporate Communications team to tell compelling stories from our sustainability efforts in order to build reputation and trust.

Government Relations

•  Collaborate with internal department and external organizations to build relationship with relevant stakeholders in related government agencies in order to support business strategy for growth
•  Represent Company in local industry associations such as Thai Beverage Associations, Thai Chamber of Commerce and The Federation of Thai Industries

Issue and Crisis Management

•  Develop and implement Crisis Management manual for company with the aim to safeguard its brand and corporate reputation
•  Manage Complaint Management Center to ensure a timely response to customer or stakeholder complain and minimize negative impact to the brand and company

Qualifications:

•  10+ years’ experience working in public affairs agencies or corporate public affairs roles.
•  Bachelor degree or higher in related field
•  Professional sustainability experience in a business context, with a strong understanding of sustainability data around environment and community
•  Understanding of the government bodies and landscape.
• Strong project management, presentation and interpersonal skills
•  Solid communication and influencing skills as well as decision making and problem-solving competency.
•  Experience dealing with senior-level internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, Government officials and media.

•  Good command of both written and spoken Thai and English
•  Maintain highest personal levels of ethical conduct, confidentiality and integrity
•  Robust analytical skills to build insights and draw conclusions from large data sets
