Responsibilities :
- Key focus areas for this role include attracting the right talent in timely manner, aligned with business needs of the country and to deliver the following:
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand and meet current and future recruitment and staffing needs in Thailand and ensure the recruitment process is carried out within stipulated timelines.
- Ensure consistent application of recruitment standards and methodology.
- Ensure that the Company’s agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact.
- Participate in the development and roll-out of key programs in line with core global design concepts and regional/business specific needs
- Develop and use a variety of methods to source candidates that meet the target profile. Use screening techniques to narrow the candidate pool.
- Ensure proactive and timely feedback to stakeholders during the recruitment process.
- Monitor recruitment progress.
- Develop innovative processes for both internal and external sourcing (e.g., referral programs, social media, employer branding).
- Partner with Country HR to develop, support and manage campus recruiting and internship programs.
- Ensure the systems and processes are streamlined to efficiently support the business needs while identifying opportunities to leverage resources and processes.
- Manage ad-hoc temp staffing needs for Southeast Asia as well as recruitment invoicing/payments.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 years’ experience in a HR generalist and/or recruitment specialist role.
- At least 3 years’ experience in healthcare, life sciences, medical devices companies.
- Strong communication in English
