Responsibilities :

  • To develop the "Channel Category Plan" to deliver commercial objectives and strategies to each sales channel (Hypermarket, Supermarket, CVS, Cash & Carry, Distributors, and Wholesalers). The plan includes both number-based objectives e.g. Sales and Total Trade Spending budget by channel.
  • Seeking for an opportunity to drive category through all POP drivers (Assortment, Price, Merchandising, Promotion, and POSM) to match with shopper in each channel.
  • Concrete analysis and recommendation to cross functional team via shopper insight, promotion evaluation and customers’ data.
  • Recommend merchandising guideline concept to all channels to match with shopper in each shop type.
  • Prepare trade guideline to recommend every POP driver to match with each channel/customer.
  • Manage and monitor on monthly performance to achieve the target.
  • Develop new product launching program to ensure where it has to be with the right POP drivers.
  • Collaborative work with key customer to develop category through customers’ data (Dunhumby, Aztec).
  • Cross functional team work with Brand and Sales team to develop JBP with key customers
