Responsibilities :


  •  Be responsible for New Product Development in line with business objectives of the organization. Coordinate with corporate/ regional team to promote new products to Thailand market.
  • Provide solutions for customers.
  •  Generate new businesses in new sectors/ industries/ areas.
  •  Prospect for potential new business and turn this into increased revenue to achieve the budget


  •  Coordinator for non-standardized equipment’s business opportunity for organization.
  •  Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events and provide the potential products
  •  Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities
  •  Initiate and complete proposal and presentation for new business opportunities
  •  Work closely with Customer and Regional team/Corporate team/other countries on studying customer requirement, new product design, product suitability and risk analysis.
  •  Is responsible for material & supplier sourcing for non-standardized equipment.
  •  Promote new products and develop new business prospect in market, follow up on leads and referrals in the market.
  •  Work closely with legal team to work out legal clause for non-ECR product.
  •  Create BER criteria and other service conditions for non-ECR product.
  •  Work with Operations to set up proper process, service workflow, and educate workers for non-ECR product.


  •  At least 7 years managerial of experience in sales and business development
  •  Understand business model, product, internal process related to Customers
  •  Initiative / Creativity - Be trustworthy and think independently
  •  Communicate effectively through the exchange of ideas and information, by various means, to staff and interested parties at all levels
  •  Teamwork and Solutions to support all the colleagues and customers to achieve better result.
  •  Outcomes Focus and understand Product & Service knowledge
  •  Strong commercial and business sense and industry expertise
  •  Proven ability to drive the business development process from plan to close
  •  A passion for sales and drive to succeed
  •  Excellent command of written and spoken English


  •  Minimum degree holder.
  •  At least 3 - 5 years working experience in FMCG/Supply Chain industry, new products and solution development function.
  •  Preferable to have experience in preparing proposal in FMCG / Supply Chain industry
  • Creative and innovative in business / product development and providing solution to customer.
  •  Willing to take on "hands-on" approach and work at ground level to develop business
  •  Dynamic and have high energy to thrive in fast paced environment
  •  Good problem solving and negotiation skills
  •  Good interpersonal and communication skills with services minded and positive attitude
  •  Computer literate, with emphasis on MS Office
  •  Good command of Oral & Written English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese. Any extra language would be added advantages
  •  Able to travel & working outstation
