Responsibilities :

  •  Manages all sales & marketing for surgical & instrument products.
  •  Analyses, plans, implements and controls sales & marketing strategies to attain company objectives.
  •  Efficient control of the P&L expenses in line with plan to ensures a maximum profit with the best utilization of available resources.
  •  Implementation of the Promotional and Business strategy.
  •  Contribute to develop employees skills together with company training / development plans.
  • Provide support to team members (Motivation, Training, Administrative, etc.).
  •  Perform Marketing Intelligence activities to anticipate competitive moves.
  •  Develop tight relations with key opinion leaders in his market.
  •  Maintain continual contacts with the commercial customers.
  •  Follow up of competitive activities and commercial strategies.
  •  Ensure continuing favorable relationships with agents, direct distributors, public relations programs for the business throughout all markets.


  •  Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or related field, Preferred in Master Degree in Business Administration.
  •  Minimum 5 years experience in marketing & sales management with MNC Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Industries.
  •  People management and interpersonal skills.
