Responsibilities:

  • Ensure alignment Brand strategies among channels to deliver brand objective and strategy between External stakeholder and Internal Stake holder i.e. Brand strategy perfect Implementation/Launch, Demand Management and Category Development and Merchandising.
  • Understand Category Visions, Drivers and Strategy so that derive opportunity to grow Company-Houses align with Brand direction and Channel Strategy.
  • Understand/Manage Brand P&L as part of A&P and Trade support spending toward Brand perspective. >> Involving annual budget planning indicating channel priority and focus with action plans to ensure that budget allocation is effective and well-spent.
  • Develop Brand assessment + understanding of the dynamics and trends within the categories managed with implications to identify opportunities and determine demand creation to achieve sales target and win share across channel or selective strategic channels per strategy identification.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years in Trade marketing field.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business and Administration.
  • Planning, Marketing, Problem Solving, Opportunity Discovery, Negotiation, Presentation, Analytical, Communication.
