Responsibility:

• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the engineering design organization.
• Responsible for new factory or factory transition onboarding and setup.
• Manages and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on engineering design and development.
• Review Manufacturing Processes Development & Implementation in support of Operational Excellence.
• Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with technology and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Master’s degree level is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SMT process, Mechanical Assembly process, Test, and Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient level of expertise in Design for Excellence (DFx) techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills using 6-sigma techniques.
• Familiar with PC or 3C production process and able to do first-level issue triage on factory quality issues.
• Excellent written and Fluent English and local language.
