Responsibilities:

• Reconcile AP (Account Payable) balance and confirm aging.
• Monitor/Follow up urgent payment request and submit document to tax team.
• Review and reconcile duty clearance and upload to system.
• Follow up invoices and share outstanding balance to suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Having at least 5 years work experiences in accounting and / or treasury.
• Adaptable to change, flexibility with Retail operation support while maintain the accuracy, compliance, and punctuality.
• Proficient in Microsoft excel and SAP.
• Having analytical skill and be able to analyze PL data
