Responsibilities:

• Improve pay out of spending (Promo, marketing activities, sales spending, trade term/distributor fee, dc allowance, and clearance).
• Co work with marketing team on business case on product launch/testing.
• Validate financial assumption and recommendation of sales/marketing initiative.
• Recommend LTP and shelf price (Price elasticity, price architecture by size)
• Fix system to ensure LTP/COGS/GP data is in place.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in FMCG industry.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Strong understanding of local customer landscape and shopper market insights.
• Analytical skills and deep understanding of relevant research tools.
