Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify and support talent development, career growth, and workforce planning, and assist with global mobility cases when necessary.
• Serve as a trusted HR partner and main contact for HR-related matters, supporting and advocating the local people strategy.
• Define communication strategies and agreements with relevant bodies like works councils or unions, ensuring legal compliance and minimizing business risk.
• Monitor and maintain service level agreements with external partners, such as Temporary Workers Agencies and Recruiting Agencies, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
• Align HR activities with business objectives and the local legal framework, in line with the company's people strategy.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience.
• A university degree in a related field along with relevant professional qualifications or equivalent education in HR or business management.
• Possesses comprehensive expertise in HR practices tailored to the intricacies of the manufacturing industry in Thailand, effectively merging theoretical understanding with practical application within our specific business environment.
