Responsibilities:

• Work closely with key stakeholders including Marketing colleagues, EC site planning team, Merchandising team, Global team and other departments to drive business performance to achieve sales target.
• Develop marketing strategy for the products in conjunction with company’s business directions, including key activities and marketing communication plan.
• Understand consumer insight and reflect into product communication development.
• Maximize marketing campaign performance to drive sales. Keep monitoring sales and campaign performance, driving for continuous improvement to maximize campaign performance.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or any related field
• English (Business Level)
• Desire to work for a global customer centric, fast moving, and result-oriented company
• Experience of marketing communication or related field
