Responsibilities:

• To check and approve Master Data (Corporate customer, Private foreign customer and Non-panel financier) based on required legal documents in STS system.
• To check the Finance Approval Document (FAD) in STS against vehicle and sales transaction information in SWT and approve the early release of vehicle, in case of customer selects the balance payment with Panel financier.
• Generate the commission report by weekly basis and distribute to all agents.
• To involve in any special assignments and global ad-hoc project, e.g. e-Invoicing, subscription, online sales etc.
• Managing, motivation and training in order to achieve optimum results with regard to the objectives of the function including personal development.

​Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• More than 2 years of accounting experience.
• Computer literacy MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point, VISO.
• SAP system knowledge is preferable
• Regulatory compliance.
• Must have substantial ERP AR system experience.
