Responsibilities:

• Coordinate incoming payment with agent in case of receiving cashier cheque for balance payment, with all local banks for deposit, partial payment, and balance payment, related parties for deposit received, Financiers for balance payment. To ensure that settlement file are completely interfaced, and all pending incoming payments are cleared in timely manner.
• In case of the non-panel financier, the incoming payment must be fully received in company’s bank account before the vehicle hand over to the customer.
• Manage stock takings at agents and related parties, reconcile the physical unit with the stock report. Clarify any stock discrepancy with concerned parties.
• Understand retail process flow in VELO and solve issues with ITM.
• To involve in any special assignments and global ad-hoc project, e.g. e-Invoicing, subscription, online sales etc.
• Managing, motivation and training in order to achieve optimum results with regard to the objectives of the function including personal development.

​Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• More than 2 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (IFRS)
• Knowledge in retail sales business.
• Strong communication skills and well-organized.
