Responsibilities:

• Convert Bottom-up numbers provided by Countries Finance team into ISEA RF numbers.
• Support P&L performance through ad-hoc analysis and give recommendations of which : Innovation business case (R&I, Marketing, Sales function).
• Prepare ISEA Rolling Forecast Reporting and Analysis (i.e. ROP bridge, Net Sales Variance Analysis, A&P By Nature)
• Build and monitor key topline KPIs: on innovation, channels and precision marketing.
• Prepare ISEA Magnitude (Finance system) package submission.
• Prepare for Quarterly review with ISEA GM and ISEA Finance Director, AMEA Team (i.e. Commitee of Excutives - COMEX slide, Quaterly Business Review - QBR Slide)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification such ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW. Masters or MBA is a plus.
• At least 8 years of experience in (FP&A) or more.
• Intermediate to Advanced Level of Excel (must be familiar with formulas such as Index,match, vlookup, if, Excel Hot key) and Power Point skills.
• Technically skilled and mathematically inclined with a passion at crunching numbers; and thereafter the ability to convey stories from the numbers is a plus.
• Preferably to be proficient and adept at programs such as SAP, BW, Power BI,Magnitude.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
