Our Client
A Major Global Clothing Manufacturer and Retailer
Location
Bangkok, Thailand
Report to
HR Director
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor outsourcing members to manage General Affairs and Office Management including support to manager as assigned.
- Conduct and supervise junior members to weekly, monthly time sheet to support business requirement including to work with Global Labor Management Team to monitor the employee working hour.
- Support and correspond to external & internal parties’ inquiries and requirement of analysis report of compensations such as local & global audit team, labor department, and other internal business stakeholders.
- Be responsible for overall compensations; payroll (both monthly & hourly payments), annual performance bonus including other allowances and other cash rewards. This is the compensations for local employees in corporate and operational side.
Qualifications:
- Good verbal communication and writing skills.
- At least one year of experience to manage junior members.
- Be flexibility and adaptation in dynamic working environment and fast-paced atmosphere.
- Knowledge of Global HRIS system (Workday system and WFS system) would be benefitable.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field and 4-5 years of progressively responsible experience in compensation.
