Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the ASR & bonus cycle, by providing the guidelines/templates on rewards matrix, ASR %, bonus calculation.
  • Design and implement the organisation’s compensation & benefit programmes and activities to meet the organisation’s objective with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness. Programmes may include: Job evaluation/classification; short-term, long-term sales incentive plans; employee benefits; expatriate, executive and employee compensation; retirement; pension and superannuation plans.
  • Analyse and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about the organisation’s current employee population and future human resource needs in order to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the organisation’s reward strategy.
  • Liaise with functional managers to develop and implement local compensation strategies that are appropriate for the business needs, but consistent with the organisation’s overall reward strategy.
  • Work on the data analytics to ensure stakeholders can use it for decision making or to use it for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master’s in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Experienced in General Human Resources, Organization Effectiveness, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Employee Relation preferably in FMCG.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the human resource field with a multinational FMCG company in similar capacity or managerial role.
  • Experienced in salary benchmarking, surveys, reward framework, job evaluation, salary structure, performance review exercise, expat mobility.
