Responsibilities:

• Builds strong relationships between the legal team and business functions.
• Manage litigation matters with external lawyers as well as investigations and audits (internal & external) where relevant to the Legal function, as and when the need arises.
• Drafts and reviews internal legal processes, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal Group requirements.
• Implementation of Legal strategy and vision, including supporting the General Counsel in developing and implementing plans to support the Legal team goals.
• Participates in internal and regional legal team meetings/ conferences, and coordination of Legal team monthly reports.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years-experiences in in-house legal department and/or a law firm is required.
• Bachelor Degree in Law.
• Master Degree in any field is preferable.
• Lawyer License is preferable.
• Preferable knowledge in laws and regulations applicable to multinational companies such as cross border transaction, anti-bribery, antitrust, sanction list, and green washing.
• Strong analytical, planning, management and communication skill.
