Responsibilities:

• Responsible for initiating and implementing employee related programmes eg. Employee Engagement/Belonging; as well as ensuring continual improvement via HR effectiveness projects (payroll, HR modernization) etc.
• Work closely with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure a high performing organization by embedding values and culture.
• Ensure the application of HR solutions across the business. Ensure adequate testing and piloting of HR solutions before roll-out.
• Provide thought-leadership and best practice HR expertise to the entire organization.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates strong negotiations, influencing and expectations management skills.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Over 10 years in HR functions.
