Responsiblities:

• ​Achieve % target tenant occupancy and identifying new potential tenants including large businesses/ SMEs or local entrepreneur.
• Establish good working relationships with all tenants (outsider and affiliated company) to quickly & efficiently identify & resolve issues.
• Review monthly P&L performance vs. targets & action plan to address any shortfalls.
• Supervise 3 key functions of commercial area dept including Sales and Support team, Rental Income, and Marketing.

Qualifications:

• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• At least Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Well-organized, initiative and entrepreneurial mindset.
• At least 8 years working experience in leasing retail space.
