Responsibilities:

• Prepare relevant documents in relation to debt financing transactions and bank guarantee.
• Monitors and prepares loan covenant compliance.
• Manage and keep track of project pipelines and project database.
• Responsible for all requirements from bank relate to loan.
• Monitors the loans and follows up of the timely repayment, negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project finance, financial analysis, asset management or investment banking.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business administration.
• Understanding on project finance and renewable energy business.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills.
