Responsibilities:

• Evaluate possible risks within cash management, payment processing, banking systems, funding processes, and foreign exchange fluctuations; develop and implement the overall strategy to mitigate risks and optimizing opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with management and Accounting to develop and implement cash forecasting models and reporting for cash management and cash needs, ensuring the business is fully informed of key treasury metrics.
• Origination and execution of corporate finance engagements including Business valuation, M&A, Fund raising, Intangible asset valuation, Financial model review, Business strategy, and Market entry study.
• Develop and manage relationships across the asset management and banking community.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance or treasury area.
• Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills.
• A bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in finance, economics, or business administration
• Experience in Project finance is preferable.
