Responsibilities:

• Oversee company operations and employee productivity, build a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are achieved
• Responsible for bottom-up operating company's cost/expenses preparation process, not include project related budget
• Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and performance achievement
• Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting (KPIs), performance management, KPIs monitoring, and annual operating planning
• Monitor performance and establish corrective actions as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current which compare with Budget and support Finance team to prepare forecasting

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration or International Business or related field.
• Demonstrable successful experience in business development and project management skills.
• Understanding Business Development.
• Minimum of 15+ years’ experience in development projects and project management specifically in the power generation business and energy market.
• Interpersonal relationship skills, ability to communicate with people of different cultures and backgrounds
