Our Client
A Leading Provider of Mobile Phone Network

Report to
Head of C&B
Responsibilities:
- Review and implement competitive compensation & benefits schemes to ensure cost-effectiveness and align with market practice
- Manage salary planning according to pay-for-performance and market competitiveness policy to motivate and retain key talents and high performers
- Implement a strategy to maximize employee motivation and performance
- Conduct and analyze market surveys to develop reward strategies
- Provide the remuneration package proposal for a new hire, promotions, and transfer to ensure fairness within the company and competitiveness among industries
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in HRM, particularly in C&B, market survey, and salary survey
- Master's degree in Management, HR, or Finance
- An experienced HR Consultant is required, C&B is preferable
- In-depth understanding of the regulatory requirement; labor, income tax, and market practice
- Knowledge of payroll process and accounting process
