Responsibilities:

• Overall supervises team on accounting operation, managing all accounting activities ensuring proper accounting and reporting of Sales, AR and D&A
• Regularly reviews the process and ensures the team’s understanding of related processes / sub-processes & risks and executing controls/remediation plans.
• To supervise, coach, and mentor the staff under his reporting line to enhance staff capabilities and competencies
• Assess business processes to seek an opportunity for business process improvement or streamline the process to enhance efficiency.
• Lead the field audit of trade spends: develop audit plan and procedures, allocate resources for the audit, review work done by auditors, lead discussion of issues with the Sales team and customers; develop an action plan and present results and its monitoring to the Management team.

Qualifications:

• Work experience of 10+ in Finance and Accounting and a minimum of 4-5 years in a management role especially in commercial controlling
• Solid technical/functional knowledge in Finance and Accounting
• Experience in FMCG/retail operations
• Understands of Thai GAAP and US GAAP and other local statutory requirements e.g. Taxation.
• Business partnering mindset to work effectively with cross functions.
