Responsibilities:

• Lead, Drive, and coordinate all the company productivity initiatives by working with Plants to ensure the achievement of planned productivity targets.
• Work to become an advanced facilitator expert trainer for the company and help train Site expert trainer candidates on Facilitation skills.
• Own the Productivity Pipeline website for the company to facilitate the use of this website.
• Follow QFS Procedure and monitoring process to ensure that the product is without Quality Food Safety Issues.
• Supervise and ensure the correctness of weekly and monthly KPI reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Beverage Industry.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in productivity improvement.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or Industrial Management.
• High integrity, with a personal commitment to corporate and community values.
• Good Command of English skills both written and spoken.
