Report to
National Sales Manager – Nutrition (GT)
Responsibilities:
- Deep dive analysis to identify issues & opportunities in each channel/customer (LMT) across multi categories.
- Utilize consumer panel data i.e. Retail Audit, Kantar to develop channels, and customers.
- Lead discussion with GT channel manager and Regional Manager to understand LE/M+3 and full-year outlook number vs target as well as risk/opportunity/gap closing activities. Be representative of the GT team in SPR with the category development team.
- Monitor/track sales incentives and revamp to meet the business requirement.
- Develop QBR, JBP, and T2T deck and coordinate with the regional team to develop customized a plan.
Qualifications:
- Experience in FMCG and strong TT channel
- Direct experience in Category Development/Trade Marketing from FMCG Industry
- Very good commercial mindset. Able to find the linkage between data and profitable business result
- Good English
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
