Responsibilities:

• Analyze and correlate the performance of key parameters spanning the device to sub-system levels to optimize in-process and final test specifications.
• Perform and coordinate DFx activities with design, test, and process engineering teams.
• Lead the RMA FA and drive related action to closure.
• Lead the yield improvement, and drive product, process, and quality improvements.
• Support failure analysis, root cause identification, and corrective action implementation of components, sub-systems, and field failures.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience supporting the design and NPI of high-bit-rate optical transponders.
• BS /MS degree in electrical engineering, physics, or another relevant major including optics.
• Reliability engineering experience with the Telecom class of products is an asset.
• In-depth knowledge of analog and digital electronics, RF, and optical communication circuits and components.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
