Responsibilities:

• Lead development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and monthly Rolling Forecast on Operating Expense (OPEX) specifically in G&A (Non-Sales), and consolidate Overall Operating Expense (OPEX) of the Company
• Work closely with functional heads/cost center owners to identify/flag risks and opportunities on OPEX. Find cost-saving ideas and mitigation plans for any overrun. Follow-up on the implementation of ideas/actions.
• Manage robust Rolling Forecast process on G&A (Non-Sales) by cost centers. Drive data quality and forecast accuracy together with other OPEX teams in total to achieve forecast accuracy targets.
• Support Senior Finance Manager on preparation and coordination with the cross function of reporting package, monthly business performance review deck, BoD meeting package, SBFA/SBF ExCoM deck and etc.
• Actively monitor and analyze monthly actual spending vs. plan and vs. forecast by cost centers by accounts. Identify key variances and underlining reasons/root causes.

Qualifications:

• More than 5 years of relevant work experience in Finance / Accounting / Audit, preferably FMCG exposure
• BBA and Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience in budget/forecast process and variance analysis
• Solid technical/functional knowledge in Finance and Accounting
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly on Excel
