Responsibilities:

• Developing the credit control system by collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other company executives
• Manage team members for daily operations in both Credit & Banking functions
• To ensure that payment transactions are processed and settled as scheduled and in line with the cash projection plan, identify variances and seek for improvement.
• Take ownership of the customer database and aim at one common database for related functions.
• Establish strong relationships with external finance institutes for business support as well as ensure the most updated & efficient payment & recipient channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Minimum 8 years of related work experience in Credit Management & Banking
• Experience in end-to-end credit control & account receivable processes
• Good command of English
• A proactive attitude, Can-do attitude, detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills
