Report to
Human Resources Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Handle office access systems such as face scanning systems, and tenant card systems.
- Create new employee accounts, manage access permissions, and delete accounts after resignation
- Export regular and ad hoc reports from our internal databases (headcount and turnover reports)
- Creating new tickets to the regional office to improve HRIS systems
- Detect errors in the face scanning system and solve the problem by coordinating with the IT team and vendors
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as an HRIS or similar role (If you have direct experience in office access systems would be an advantage )
- Bachelor’s in computer science, information technology, or relevant fields
- Hands-on experience with databases management and HR software
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and data protection regulation
