Report to
Human Resources Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Handle office access systems such as face scanning systems, and tenant card systems.
  • Create new employee accounts, manage access permissions, and delete accounts after resignation
  • Export regular and ad hoc reports from our internal databases (headcount and turnover reports)
  • Creating new tickets to the regional office to improve HRIS systems
  • Detect errors in the face scanning system and solve the problem by coordinating with the IT team and vendors

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an HRIS or similar role (If you have direct experience in office access systems would be an advantage )
  • Bachelor’s in computer science, information technology, or relevant fields
  • Hands-on experience with databases management and HR software
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and data protection regulation
