Responsibilities:

• Develop short and long-term directions and plan for a portfolio of assigned products based on market intelligence, competitor activities, and market information
• Formulate and execute strategic directions of the assigned portfolio(s) and provide marketing support to build and maintain brands to achieve company sales targets; evaluate and devises strategies for market share opportunities.
• Adopt global marketing activity/communication and develop local marketing activity based on local situations and problems
• Formulate and evaluate marketing strategies aligned with a sales plan to achieve sales targets within budget
• Ensure all activities comply with the FDA, industry Code of Conduct (Prema), and company standards (SOP)

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years experience in sales and marketing - proven track record in a marketing environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Sciences (MBA is a plus)
• Knowledgeable about digital channels / related IT systems and equipment
• Strategic thinking, marketing-minded, self-driven, business acumen, and good presentation skills
• Good command of English and PC skills
