Responsibilities:

• Mine and analyze data leveraging advanced analytical/statistical techniques from disparate databases/sources to drive optimization and improvement of therapy area commercial business strategies
• Convey intensively with other platforms/competencies to comprehend new trends/ methodologies being implemented/considered within the company ecosystem and bring new ideas forward that will enhance the analytic capabilities of the organization
• Collaborate with the in-country stakeholders to understand the business problem and desired business outcome
• Develop strategies and recommendations for testing and monitoring analytical model performance in the business context
• Where applicable, partner throughout the organization to identify, work with and direct the sourcing of externally available data sources based on the business needs, and execution of specific business objectives

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 plus years of analytical experience in applying statistical solutions to business problems.
• Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, IT, MBA, or an equivalent scientific/commercial discipline. Post Graduate degree (Master's or Ph.D.) is preferable.
• Experience or proven knowledge of business processes and industry/market trends within the pharmaceutical/healthcare space is preferable.
• Fluent in English (both written and speaking)
• Comfortable formulating actionable insights and recommendations from commercial analytics into presentations (using PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.) and presenting results to various levels of the company.
