Report to
Senior Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Placing advertisements on career pages and other job portals, enhancing recruitment through various social media channels or employee referral program
  • Creating recruitment sourcing plans, working with Senior Human Resources Manager to identify strategic and effective sources
  • Enhance and standardize the new hire onboarding journey at a regional/global standard from an employee experience perspective
  • Manage, coordinate, and support all aspects/elements of new hire experience, including first-day orientation, experience projects, and initiatives
  • Responsible for Day 1- 3 new hire process, 100-day onboarding program, curating relevant content and delivering onboarding briefing and programs for designated employee segments as well as welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding kits and an office tour

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition experience. International working experience in multicultural corporates/ HR in hospitality companies is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Psychologist
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet, and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs
  • Strong customer service, negotiation skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company
