Report to
Acting Head of Internal Communication & Employee Activities

Responsibilities:

  • Create internal communication plans and activities to build brand and culture awareness among employees.
  • Create internal communication content & campaigns to build understanding among employees on the company’s directions, corporate movement, and culture via online and offline channels.
  • Create speeches and talking points for management and executives.
  • Manage crisis communication.
  • Manage internal events and activities to build employee brand and sense of belonging.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years experience in content writing i.e. news, speech, script, and announcement.
  • Bachelors / Master's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communications, or any related field.
  • Good command of English communication and computer skills.
  • Ability to use the design programs: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Lightroom (will be an advantage).
  • Ability to be MC at the event and activity.
  • Have a good attitude. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
