Responsibilities:

• Manage, motivate, and supervise the accounting team, and foster cross-functional communication and cooperation
• Ensure compliance with accounting records, Tax, BOI, Transfer Pricing, and other matters with general accepted accounting principles, BOI, and local regulations
• Ensure completeness, correctness, and on-time billing to customers and their collection
• Ensure completeness, correctness, and on-time month-end closing, submission of financial reports, statutory financial statements, taxes, and Transfer Pricing matters
• Responsible for the improvement of existing accounting practices/procedures, and ensuring good internal control

Qualifications:

• CPD required, CPA preferred
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting
• Extensive knowledge and experience in month-end closing, budgeting, and financial reporting and analysis, accounting principles and practices, taxation, preferably BOI
• At least 10 years of management/supervisory experience in an accounting role
• Strong knowledge in accounting standards and taxation, preferably BOI regulations
