Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery of high quality work to clients in a timely fashion and be
  responsive to client request.
• Jointly develop with the Managing Director / Associate Directors, a comprehensive business plan for the team, and take initiative during business development, assignment scoping and management as well as client relationship management.
• Independently manage engagements and consulting teams, including a team of analysts and associates and direct reporting to Managing Director / Associate Director
• Development and execution of projects across multiple sectors ranging from power, energy, infrastructure, transport and technology, providing cross-functional services extending from corporate finance to project management to sustainability advisory services.
• Manage and drive every phase of an engagement, from pre-proposal
  research, proposal development, through to assignment delivery.

Qualifications:

• Master degree or equivalent, preferably in in Business, Management,
  Finance, and/or Economics.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience with strategy consulting or financial advisory firms.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Thai is a must. Proficiency in other languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Bahasa) is a plus.
• Experience or expertise in the infrastructure, energy, resources, basic
  industries and/or technology sectors.
• Confident in public speaking and presenting before a client's senior
  management.
