Responsibilities:

• Ensure that full spectrum of compensation and benefits, payroll administration and employee database run smoothly.
• Own end-to-end recruitment cycle such as but not limited to posting of job ads, initial screening, endorsements, interview scheduling, etc. and manage Hiring Process & Approvals.
• Be the point of contact for HR service and policy implementation for a certain department.
• Communicate with line managers to ensure that HR strategies, policies, systems, and processes are implemented effectively.
• Act as a Business partner to Company Business units and functions leading and creating high impact solutions that match the needs of Company Organization.

Qualifications: 

• Experiences in Food Business eg, Quick Service Restaurant, & Restaurant is desirable.
• 7 years or more of solid experience in HRBP, HRM
• Strong analytical and logical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
