Responsibilities:

• Provide insightful analysis vs plan and vs. forecast to management on product cost and manufacturing overhead and mitigation plan to close the gap.
• Ensure continuous improvement in the quality, timeliness and reliability of product cost and manufacturing overhead information and source data, both internal and external.
• Support and liaise with Company Tax and Company Tax on transfer price setting on concentrate price and ensure compliance to EBA for both Company products and Company products.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team of 3 staffs. Ensure succession planning & employee development in the department.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Product cost and Manufacturing Overhead for SPBT.

Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience in Finance, preferably FMCG and Manufacturing exposure. 5-7 years in Finance Manager position with people management exposure.
• BBA in Finance, Accounting or Engineers, and Master degree in Finance or Accounting from reputable university.
• Experience in budget/forecast process and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical skill.
• Experience in costing and solid understanding of manufacturing cost structure and cost drivers.
