Responsibilities:

• Work closely with HR to develop, design, and implement various learning programs
• Ensure that resources are used efficiently for maximum gain. enhance productivity and retention rate
• Ensure that organizational development activities are properly integrated and in line with corporate plans, establish and oversee the HROD strategy
• Support employee engagement efforts which include action plan preparation, yearly engagement, and survey data analysis and reporting
• Design OD projects like organizational design, role and responsibility, performance management, and change management are created and implemented

​Qualifications:

• Excellent in Thai and English
• Master's Degree in human resources management, Organizational Development, or another relevant area
• Proven work experience as HROD for a minimum of 5 years
