Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside the IT department to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS.
  • Make Internal Announcements on People Movement/ Promotions/ Appointment, etc.
  • Processing employee data, generating HR-related reports, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Provide HR Budgeting – Salary budget/ Bonus/ Benefits costs annually
  • Provides recommendations on various pay actions (job offers, promotions, equity increases, bonus buyouts, etc) utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate.

​Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years experience in HRM, C&B, and Payroll process, and knowledge of labor laws
  • Degree in HR Management or related fields
  • Possesses solid knowledge in multiple aspects of compensation (base pay, long-term incentive programs, annual incremental, reward, and recognition programs)
  • Strong analytical & numeric skills and proficiency in major software especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Logical thinking. Problem-solving, hands-on, at ease in dealing with people on all levels of the organization
