Report to
Head of Human Resources Management Section

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate manpower planning and manage workforce movement ensuring business has a right people at the right time.
  • Translate company / business strategy into action ensuring business object is met along with HR agenda.
  • Monitor employee engagement level and implement action plan as need.
  • Oversee and manage E2E employee life cycle, including recruitment, performance evaluation, talent development, engagement and exit process.
  • Maintain corporate regulations to mitigate risk and ensure compliance is in place.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 - 15 years' experience as a HRBP, HR Generalist.
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in related field.
  • Be a change agent and technology orientation.
  • Good command in English.
  • Strong people management, prioritization and result-orientation.
