Responsibilities:

• Led and supervise the tax team of “International business tax”, “Double tax treaty” and “Transfer pricing” and liaison with the external stakeholders to reach the effective tax management
• Overseas and ensure timely, the accuracy of all accounting and tax transactions have been conducted properly
• Review balance sheet reconciliation and ensure the proper actions have been taken to maintain the health of the company balance sheet
• Ensure all tax returns, and key tax activities such as VAT, Custom tax, Signage tax, and deferred tax have been performed correctly
• Leads and comply all compliance and policies for both global management and local regulation

Qualifications:

• Having at least 15 years of experience in overall finance, accounting, tax, and cash management
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting with CPD
• Able to travel up-country / aboard upon request
• Proficient in Microsoft office especially in Excel, SAP, and other ERP system
• Adaptable to change, and flexibility with Retail operation support while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and risk management
