Responsibilities:

• Seek process improvement for all operation activities in the warehouse. (Inbound, outbound, inventory management)
• Supervise warehouse team members to work according to the operations guideline.
• Work with Local IT or Regional IT on the new process change /any issues/ additional requirement relates to system interface (Including new skus creation, new location and picking priority)
• Design and manage the warehouse database to evaluate and make recommendations on warehouse capacity and productivities improvement.
• Support warehouse manager and regional office for warehouse KPIs tracking, measurement, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Assistant Warehouse Manager experience required, preferably in the retail environment (B2C & B2B) or 3PLs will be advantage
• Experience of Inventory management, managing all operations activities in warehouse.
• Able to communicate with all key stakeholders and leading the team of 10-15 people.
• Demonstrated operation process improvement increased warehouse productivities, efficiency and cost effective.
• Good in communication skill with change management and process improvement.
